Initially Wattle St was engaged to review and diagnose Cannatrek's 

existing consumer-facing marketing performance. Subsequent work was undertaken to assess the psylocibin market in Australia and to work with the National Sales Manager to design and develop material that legitimised medicinal cannabis in the minds of GPs. Together, we exceeded sales targets.

Agency Services

The AusBiotech brands holds substantial brand equity among Members. However, recent iterations have inadvertently diluted its impact. 

Wattle St worked with AusBiotech to refresh its brand, establish a cohesive brand hierarchy, create member-focused positioning and brand experience, and alignment with the organisation's current state and future direction.

Wattle St worked on two projects to identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) who would be well-positioned to advocate for the use of their medications. The result was a prioritised list of clinicians to help the brand teams focus their energy on the KOLs most likely to "move the needle" on influencing their peers.

 

Data mining and analysis

Wattle St consolidated publicly available data and the client's proprietary lists to visualise the professional networks amongst these clinicians.  

Statistical analysis generated weighted lists of clinicians with deep clinical knowledge, clinicians who are well-connected and clinicians with a balance of both.  

Actionable Insights

Wattle St developed KOL profiles that equipped MSLs with valuable insights prior to their initial interactions, enabling informed and impactful conversations to enhance the likelihood of successful engagement.
